  Assumption of risk and release from liability

• Hirer is fully aware that riding a bicycle on footpaths, cycling paths and streets poses a risk of accident due to motorists, pedestrians, and road conditions, and rider must keep a proper lookout to avoid such accidents.

• Hirer shall remain liable for any liability, property damage, personal injury, injury to others, damages, penalties, fines, losses, and/or expenses of any kind whatsoever.

• Hirer is fully responsible for his/her own risk and hereby releases the operator of any responsibilities/liabilities of any injury and/or losses including death.

Terms and Conditions

• Damage and repair cost will be charged after inspection upon returning. We only charge for damage and broken parts and we do NOT charge for scratches. 

• Generally, damage and broken parts cost between $30 - $100.

• Flat tyre charges at $10.

• Maximum liability for total damage or loss of bicycle is S$500.00.

• The operator reserves all rights to refuse the hiring of bicycle and/or to extend the time of hiring.

• All bicycles shall return punctually.

• Exceed 15mins will automatically charge for another hour of rental.

• In the unfortunate event of flat tyre, chain drop, damage or in any way unusable, it is your responsibility to bring it back to our shop in any ways, we do not have towing or on site maintenance services. Any non return bike will be considered as stolen and will be handled by the police.

• Surcharge for returning after closing hours (1900hrs, 7pm) at $10 every 15mins per bicycle.

• Please check and ensure the bicycle is in good condition before moving off. We will not be responsible or accept any reasoning after 15mins of usage.
