We need at least 24 hours advance booking or as early as possible, we have full refund cancellation policy. We may not have tour everyday, we require advance booking to secure a tour guide for you.

Yes. You may pillion your child. Only for 3-7 years old is allowed to pillion, as older kids are taller and will obstruct rider's view and controlling of the E-scooter making it unsafe to ride. We highly recommend to use E-scooter with seat for pillioning which is safer to keep child in between rider's legs and also able to use your feet to stablise the E-scooter if you need to brake hard. Please note that pillion is consider as 1 guest for the tour.

Highly recommended to do on your first or second day of your stay. Save your walking and let us bring you around on an electric scooter.

Rain usually don't last more than 30mins in Singapore. We wait for the rain to stop and on days that the rain persist, we will have to postpone to a later time or next day.

If you cancel at least 7 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel between 3 and 6 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee. If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.
